Na 2,5e maand lamp nogsteeds niet ontvangen. Contact met klantenservice is ook onfatsoenlijk.

"I ordered a turntable on January 8"

I ordered a turntable on January 8, 2025, with the expectation that the item would be shipped within one week. In mid-January, I followed up by email and received a reply stating that it would be ready by the end of January 2025, but I did not receive any further updates. On February 11, after sending a follow-up email, I received a response that they would only receive the item at their warehouse by the first week of March. On February 19, after informing them that I wanted to cancel my order if I still did not receive it, they immediately canceled my order, stating that even by mid-March they would still not receive the item at their warehouse. Now, it has been one month, and the refund is still not reflected in our bank account. This is really unacceptable. I will never order anything from them again.

Bij levering werd een onderdeel, een stekkertje, niet meegeleverd. Lamp twist is hiermee nog bezig. Zodra eea naar tevredenheid is afgehandeld stel ik een definitieve review op!!

Lamp was helaas kapot aangekomen maar binnen een week een nieuwe lamp ontvangen.

I received a very expensive KARTELL by LAUFEN mirror. The frame was made of fragile material and broken. I contacted the company and they offered me a 30% discount, then a 10% discount. The mirror is unuseable and unfixable. The piece of the mirror that was broken was not in the box and evidently must have been broken before it was placed in the box. The packaging was poor, there was no indication that it was fragile. I am incredibly disappointed at the lack of mirror & lack of customer service. I would recommend that you definitely avoid using this company even if you have to pay a bit more elsewhere
Update: Since my review above, Lamptwist have agreed to refund the cost of the mirror, for which I am most grateful. I understand they need their internal policies as some people may try to get unjustified refunds but there are times that should be acknowledged as is a genuine error on their part.

"Damaged Products, no response from company"

If I could give no stars I would. I bought 2 lights from this company, separate order. One was over €1200, the other was €600. Both were damaged. In one case there were bits of the light in the bottom of the box. I contacted customer service. In both cases they offered a 15% discount for me to keep the damaged light. I said I wasn't interested and since this they've not responded to any emails. It's been over 3 weeks since they've responded.
