Commande en ligne simple et rapide. Lampe expédiée le lendemain et reçue en 48h. Rien à redire expérience parfaite sur le site.
Transporteur GLS qui annonce un jour et passe le lendemain, heureusement nous étions là pour réceptionner.

"Never got my order"

Never got my order, had to resort to a chargeback from the credit card company. When ordering the shown shipping time would be 2 weeks. After two months I requested the chargeback.

Their customer service is as useful as a wet piece of cardboard. They never send updates about the order, I always had to inquire myself. Would not recommend these Belgian clowns!

"It is fourth month"

It is fourth month, which I am waiting for my order. No clear answer! Don’t buy from them! Don’t trust if you see the price is a bit less from other shops! They won’t send you, your order!
They are incredible awful. I am not even sure that they are a real shop, til now for me every thing was fake !!!
They have no respect for costumer, they are writing wrong Infos in the website.
Just don’t buy from them!!!!!
03.04.25 Finally i‘ve received today my order ! It is in the beginning of the fourth month of ordering, but everything is arrived fine and true.

"Zero customer service"

They don't indicate on its website that prices indicated on its website don’t include taxes for buyers outside EU. Once an order is placed, it’s not possible to cancel, even if the goods haven’t been shipped. Return is a nightmare as well.

I refused my parcel with UPS because I was told by my electrician that this particular product wouldn't work in the bathroom. Being outside EU means I had to pay the import tax plus customs handling fees before returning!!

UPS contacted Lamp Twist for further instructions but never heard anything back. 10 days have passed. No news. I guess once a product is out of Lamp Twist warehouse, they are happy that it is not their issue any more.

AVOID!

"Violating consumer laws + rude customer service"

This company has violated several UK/EU consumer laws in order to unlawfully and dishonestly collect personal information from customers. I am absolutely appalled by the customer service and blatant lies displayed on their website. I would avoid this company like the plague. They have stolen personal data under false pretences and been nothing but rude and dishonest when I sought to resolve this. Avoid.

Massive order delays and a UNEXPECTED 30% hit on customs tax on top of other costs (shipping)

MASSIVE DELAY the order was in Feb 8th - finally delivered on 27/03 (1.5 months) although it says 10-15 days delivery on the onset.

MASSIVE HIDDEN COSTS: shipping cost of GBP20 was paid upfront within the GBP190 paid but UNEXPECTEDLY(not mentioned anywhere) UPS delivery charged GBP56 pounds more (30% more)

Lamptwist kindly refunded for GBP8.5 for the lateness of the delivery. But never mentioned about the customs tax and brokerage fees that UPS charged on top.
