EDIT* NOT SCAM SITE JUST INCOMPETENT. I am a London based interior designer using Lamp Twist for the first time. They set us back two weeks when shipping was 2-3 days...
You can't contact them by telephone, only email and that at a push. They recognized the delays but refused to cancel the order until I took down my review.

The reviews are bad for a reason. Here's another one to add to the list.

Please, for your business' sake, do not use Lamp Twist unless you have a minimum 4 week lead time and are 100% sure of the product. I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering and I would have seen the majority of poor experiences.
