DO NOT BUY if in the UK. I got slammed with a 21% import duty (£189 on top of an £870 order) without any notification that this might be the case. Completely misleading purchase process. No link to pay. No help with paying. UPS useless at dealing with the delivery.

Ordered some lights from them with a 4-5 week lead time. Waited 6 weeks, no lights, no communication.

It takes three attempts each time to get them to respond, which in fairness they do eventually and they're polite and professional. I think it's probably just one person and so I do feel a bit sorry for them because I imagine it's overwhelming.

I asked to cancel the order as they couldn't give me a time when to expect my order, and when they tried to give one previously - it was really flakey.

Luckily I paid on AMEX and was about to do a chargeback on my card because at that point I wasn't sure if they were even legitimate. On reflection I think they are legitimate, just unable to run a business.

Also it says inclusive of VAT on the website (I even have a screenshot of this which I sent them) but it isn't.

Despite them saying they have customs warnings in multiple places on their site - if everyone is making the same assumptions they need to admit it's their issue and not the users.

I would not buy from them again and strongly advise you to look elsewhere especially if you're in the UK.
