I applied for a loan twice to consolidate my debts in order to make one payment. I have a good credit with any institution yet I got denied because of an insufficient credit score. I met all necessary requirement they asked for and still got denied.

I have been a client for while now and during this period when the need arises i can easily logon to my account ans within minutes i have my application done and submitted. In instances where i did not submit or additional information is required the reps always reach out personally and explain exactly what they need from me making the turn around time alot faster and easier. The communication between myself and reps at Carilend is excellent as communication is always open and honest. The turnover time for applications are excellent and my payments are always pulled on time keeping my credit rating in good standing. I am very pleased with the continued service.

My experience was great because of my reps ability to answer all my questions for clarity. At one point there was a breakdown in communication between us, and I was going to simply forget about the money I needed to complete additional task. However my rep went all out to even call me at home to clarify herself and a great understanding was reached between us. Making both parties benifit as a result. I like the patience and respect the Carilend Team offers their clients. You understand that we are important to you as you are just as important to us as well. The process was quick and easy. I still have a question outstanding that has not yet been answered but I am satisfied with the outcome of our partnership thus far. I have been to quite a few lending institutions before this has been very near the top of experiences I have had. The fact that everything was done in a very short space of time although I did not have a direct interaction with a live person I felt as though I mattered.

The loan process ,approval and wait time was good and compared to others financially institutions sometimes even faster. Communication is mostly done over emails which is good sometimes but if emails or missed it can cause delays. However is good and getter better has been mostly satisfying with the service.

Out of sheer desperation, I had to call the Barbados branch to get some assistance. They informed me that they would reach out to Trinidad, and within two hours, everything was settled. Why did I have to call another country to get assistance? This is unacceptable and speaks volumes about the inefficiency of the local customer service team.

I initially found Carilend to be very convenient, as getting the loan was hassle-free and I could do everything online. However, my experience took a turn for the worse when I decided to pay off my loan early.

I transferred the settlement amount via bank transfer, and since both banks are the same, the transfer went through immediately. Despite following the stipulated procedure and sending the necessary information to the provided email address, I have not received any update or official confirmation that the funds have been received.

The level of customer service has been disgraceful. Despite numerous attempts to contact Carilend via phone and email, I have not been able to reach anyone. It is extremely frustrating to experience such poor communication and lack of response from a financial institution.

This experience has overshadowed the initial convenience of using Carilend, and I am deeply dissatisfied with how my situation has been handled.

Very unprofessional and unsatisfactory experience. After having been approved and submitting my salary deduction to my employer and waiting two days for an update after being advised of my date for disbursement and funds paid into the holding account, I was advised the loan was declined. This entire transaction was suspicious.
