I have been trying to sign up for sometime now and all it does is carry me back to the first page as I click sign up button

g well with the application process until it was time for me to verify my bank account. Each time I click the link a 404 error page keeps coming up. I don't know what else to do since the process cannot move forward unless my bank account gets verified.
