My experience with Carilend was unbelievable. The entire process was very efficient. I made the application online around the end of October 2022, and the turnaround time was so quick that I was speechless. My approval was completed by November 4, 2022, and the disbursal was around November 7, 2022. I did not have to go anywhere. The staff was very helpful in that when we had to communicate for whatever reason through an email, I did not have to debate when I would have gotten a response. Additionally, the Carilend Team kept me abreast of the process during the journey. The whole process was just about 8 working days. Of all the loans that I ever applied for in my lifetime, this one was the fastest. Ensure that upon making the application, you have everything at your fingertips. What gives Carilend the edge over other institutions is the online platform where everything is done from the comfort of your home or office, the efficiency in time; Carilend is hassle-free. I would recommend Carilend to anyone at any time.

My recent exposure to the services of your Team was very cordial and professional in conducting my business with your Team. The process with which I acquired a loan from the Carilend Team was smooth and generally very quick in the way in which approval of my loan was finalized. I was not required to submit a whole history of information about myself and the reason for applying/wanting the funds. The process was also logistically much more appropriate since I did not have to travel to different offices to submit information pertaining to the loan application. I could remain in my office and conduct my professional business while at the same time still make contact electronically to apply for the loan and receive my approval within a short period of time after submission. Added to this, I am able to keep check of my loan payments and documentation electronically through my personal loan account without having to visit the office of the Carilend Team. This is a transformational process that will benefit everyone in the future. Certainly, Carilend's operations and services are much more efficient and time sensitive to date, than the Commercial Banks and the Credit Unions at this time. Keep up the good work. It is greatly appreciated in these very trying economic times.

The Carilend team made the process of borrowing money seamless. There was information to be provided but I did not feel that their queries were invasive. When I had queries, whether it was setting up the account, technical or confirmation, the responses were forthcoming in a speedy manner via email or telephone call. I felt happy that the response to the loan was within the timeframe that they said.

"The documents capture software is incredibly buggy."
This service is different However, it will never beat a physical bank. Here's why I say this and why I have given them 1 star. Speaking to Customers via phone or email gives you a better overview of their finances, you and them are able to work out what works best for them. This system does not allow you to do that and also, your applications will get denied without giving you a proper explanation as to why. I make more than most people and I was denied a loan. That's not why I'm writing this review tho. Carilend needs to have some virtual interviews to speak to applicants to properly understand their finances. I also do not like the Id and face capture software, it is incredibly buggy and I have screen recordings of me spending up to 10 minutes trying to get the stupid thing to capture my face. It is an innovative idea, but there are tons of issues that need fixing. Ps. Where I am from, we use 3 months payslips and carilend has a slot for 2 payslips. You can't tell much about a person with 2 slips. I for example can make 116k in a month and then make 94 in the next. Whenever I go to any bank, I give them 6 stubs and a decision is made from there.
