I want to leave this review while it’s fresh in my head. Since having our whole house fitted with new windows by Notaro a couple of years ago (which was done brilliantly), the aftercare has been superb. Just today, one of our French window door handles fell off, my wife emailed the firm, and within about an hour or two, someone was over to make it good. Big thanks to Jasmine for organising and Andy for fixing. Can’t recommend this firm enough! It’s the second or third time we’ve called them out for snags, and there’s never been any quibbling, they just come over and sort it out straight away. Good work!

What a wonderful company to find to get me out of an awful predicament. Notaro Windows are a company I would definitely recommend to other people. I have had windows and doors fitted by this company and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
My husband and I were able to visit the factory and were shown around to see where our windows and doors were to be made. When it came to the fitting, we were sent two very competent gentleman Nigel and Kevin who worked hard and did the job without any problems.
Thank you so much all at Notaro. I am now onto my next project that they are going to do for us.

"Sadly let down"

Sadly let down, taken weeks to replace a piece of glass. Then when it does turn up its the wrong size.
I guess my project was not big enough for them.
Feel very let down.

"5* Service"

Had a great experience with Notaro from start to finish. After moving into a house with 'old' windows, I asked Notaro to come to quote in view of replacing them. Tim, who came to quote told me that he was the one who quoted for the original windows and even got the 20yr old survey to show us, he told us there was plenty of life left in our windows we would just need some repairs etc. A team of 2 then came and painstakingly cleaned each window, inside and out (no mean feat as they were filthy) replaced all handles, fitted new parts to the ones that needed and I honestly feel like I have a whole new set of windows! So pleased with their professionalism and the work they carried out. Will definitely use Notaro again, a genuine, honest hardworking company which I would assume is quite hard to come by in the window industry!

"We went to Notaro for a new front door"

We went to Notaro for a new front door, and a roof over the external entrance to our Blackdown Hills bungalow.
We are delighted with the end result, which looks great and also because Notaro really do provide and install quality products.
And the team (of two technicians) who carried out the work were excellent ambassadors for Notaro.
And NO... we do not have shares in Notaro. We are just ordinary, delighted customers who would use Notaro again.

We have a really awkward space for windows to be fitted but we have been so lucky and Notaro have been superstars in making us feel like it was no trouble at all. They fitted 2 windows and a door they were so respectful and kind and understanding, and the quality of the product is amazing. The only negative I have is they did say a day for fitting and then called then change it the day before which was a bit of a pain but only a small thing and didn’t ruin the great experience we had.
