It’s quite a big deal handing over an entire lifetime of photos over to someone you’ve never met, but I had clear, personal communication from Ed and Cathy throughout which was really reassuring. I highly recommend the Vintage Photo lab and team, I was really nervous about sending away my photos but the communication and service from Ed and the team put my mind at ease. Having an apple tag in the box and tracked UPS collection and delivery is really reassuring.

The quality of the digital prints is fantastic and they were organised in digital folders as the albums they were sent in. When I received all of the photos back they were neatly packed and just as they had been sent so you knew they had been well taken care of during the whole process.
