We had an issue towards the end of the process where we realised the bank had not included the £500 cashback incentive, in to the mortgage offer. (We realised the day before completion). Gabrielle managed to get the funds sent back to the bank, request the amendment to the offer and then request the funds again, all in time for completion the following day.
