Michael, installed my stairlift from Halton this morning. He was very pleasant and professonal. There was no mess at all. I am delighted with Michael. Halton service is very good.

The installation by Martin was excellent. A reconditioned but had never been used lift for £4000. However my Mum died 8 weeks later. I was offered £395 to remove it and take it away. Disgusted by this low offer they improved it slightly by raising it to £592. Halton would take away this chair and no doubt sell it back on reconditioned again. Absolute disgrace at such a heartbreaking time for me.

Thank you for your reply and the very in depth list of your costs. Does not change the fact you offered an awfully low and insulting amount. I see this has happened to numerous people. Shame on you. You will recoup all that and much much more when you resell these things and you know that. Your condolences do not mean a thing to families suffering enough without paying thousands of pounds for a few weeks use. Absolutely disgusting. I was expecting maybe half back but 10%? Also thank you for telling your customers we can privately sell these things to recoup our money, we are not stupid, we are grieving.
You sell these items knowing the short time some will be used for so you know exactly what you are going to recoup yourself from people desperate to get rid of the chairs that sit stationary after a death.
Again. Shame on you for not offering a resonable amount.

Despite informing they had not been successful in their bid numerous phone calls hassling me
Their response was fabricated so much so i have blocked them
I did not request a call back i was straight with them informing them i had olaced an order with another company
But despite this I received at least two more marketing calls ignoring that they were unsuccessful

Very fast to respond to our enquiry. Results of initial survey communicated well. Delivery and installation time was super quick. Martin, the engineer/installer arrived punctually and did a super efficient job with the installation. He was very polite and communicated well on progress. Definitely would recommend to others.
