"Not impressed with after installation care."

Installation was great. Stairluft is great. Aftercare different story. Unless you pay the £455 fee for aftercare. I didn't think a quick check of the stairlift sometime during the first 12 months was asking too much. Apparently unless you pay for the extra aftercare package that's it! You get no check ups.

The sales person was comprehensive in his delivery. He explained what we had to do in order to have a stairlift fitted. You were accommodating in the fitting time. The engineer was excellent and I think worked after his finishing time in order to get it working for my mum he was so caring towards her and explained how to use it a couple of times to make sure she was comfy with it. I would thoroughly recommend the company to anyone who needed a stairlift

Very easy progression from contacting Halton and having the stair lift fitted for my wife, in just one week. A very good price and both my wife and I are very satisfied with the product and service provided. In fact I wish I had done this years ago. My fault! It is going to make my wife's life so much easier. I can't recommend them enough!

We had a great experience from start to finish, starting with advice on what stairlift would be most suitable, my dads stairs are quite narrow so it all started with understanding our options which were laid out clearly for us and I appreciated the clear pricing. The price itself was really competitive and install could be done really quickly which made a big difference. My dad is really happy with the lift and it;s made our lives easier as he is more independent again.
