The service was superb.
The stairlift was fitted before lunchtime the next day...not bad at all bearing in mind it's New Year's Eve.
Installation was unintrusive and the lift and functions fully explained.
Can't fault anything.

Lots of easy to understand information on the Halton website. Survey arranged within a week. Surveyor Chris was delightful, very engaging took time to understand our needs and to explain options. No pressure applied. Fitting arranged within 2 days which was amazing as our circumstances were quite desperate. The excellent service continued with the installer Martin who arrived promptly, was friendly and accommodating to our needs and made an super job of fitting the stairlift. So professional and very clean and tidy. Took time and patience to explain operation and support package and demonstrated use until we were happy we understood. There is a reason this firm have so many good reviews- they deserve them. Genuine, reasonable and personable. This is top level service that you will find hard to match. An absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you to all.

The whole process was very simple and stress free from start to finish. Very friendly visit from Suze on a Friday for a quote, and then stair lift was fitted the following Tuesday by Kane, with minimal amount of noise and mess. He took the time to explain how everything worked and was very patient with my dad and made sure he’d tested it several times before finishing the job. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service purchasing a stair lift from Halton Stairlifts. From the first phone call to the fitting the service was excellent. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The process was very swift, from the initial phone call to the fitting was completed within 10 days. The stairlift was very well fitted by Martin, with very little mess and he even hoovered up the bits. He explained how to use the stairlift and made sure we were happy with it.
