Same as others on here you get a bonus amount which should be yours to play and keep with what u win. In my case over £500 and in a blink of a eye I was left with £15 . Their wagering terms are a joke I won big on my first deposit much of spent over a thousand pounds to be able to withdraw £300. So have that pending which takes forever they quick enough to take ur money but not pay it out.

I have been playing blackjack and in over ten occasions when I make my bet the amount is deducted from my balance and then I get a message sayingconnection is lost and to refresh and when I do the money is gone but I never got to play my hand. They have checked their side and confirmed nothing is wrong, to prove a point I went and played again and it done the exact same thing, I've asked them to look into it but I keep getting fobbed off. Not sour grapes either as I have won and have a pending withdrawal going through! Just feel like I'm being ripped off!

I deposited 10 pounds and had a 65 bonus
So I had 75 x 25 which is 1875 to wager
I managed to wager down to my last 523 pounds to wager over 70% through the wager play through. And had 75.01 bonus funds left.
To my amazement the next day my bonus was 100 pounds
With a massive 100 X 30 3000 to wager.
My previous bonus had another 10 days to run. When I emailed about my wagering was told system was down. They want even refund your original 10 pounds.
This is con site no one wants to help

Had £2,600 as a balance, got kicked out and logged back in to a balance of only £120. Phoned the customer service line only to be allowed to leave a leave a five second message. Options to extend or re-record a message didn't work. Mikey mouse operation that appears, from previous threads, to have one of the worst bonus policies out there (you can't opt out of the bonus either). Hoping to get a call back (07876 566419) but doubt I'll end up satisfied.
