"7 weeks still waiting for withdrawal!"

7 weeks still waiting for withdrawal!
Requested a withdrawal (not Kerching but one of the sister sites) on 18th May for £5k still waiting for it now, sent all documents over for proof of earning and can not count how many emails I have sent for an update but get the same generic replied every time "we have passed this on and will get back to you" which they never do. I have then been asked for documents again which have already been sent and they have replied to me about them so it is definitely a stalling tactic. I have put in a complaint with no reply and have now told them that if my money isn't received in the next few days then I have no alternative but to put in a small claims case. Absolutely disgusting treatment to their customers please avoid total scammers!

Well it's been 10 days since I requested my withdrawal! I have sent numerous emails to grace media but still no further forward, same excuse, theyve followed up the withdrawal and documents I sent in and are waiting to hear back. Has anyone else on here managed to get their withdrawal yet? Its beyond a joke!

UPDATE
I heard back from ecogra yesterday and funny enough Gracemedia also got in touch. I was again asked to send in my documents for the 3rd time since my withdrawal and within the hour I had been paid. I won't be using them again!
I'm now in the 5th week of waiting for my withdrawal! They sent me an email end of last week asking for documents yet again, that's twice in 5 weeks! They aren't even bothering to reply to me any more. I have put a complaint in about them with ecogra, and they have said they will look into it for me. Once I receive my withdrawal I will never use this company again!!!

"Robbing Cowbows"

Decided to leave a review as I too have been shat on from a great height by Kerching.
Been a loyal customer for 11 years, never had any issues.
Won £149 on 16th May...provided bank statements, pay slips...the usual and then they restricted my account.
Sent numerous emails and get fobbed off that it is being looked in to.
I got the hump and told them that I am losing the will to live...they have now self excluded me for my comments.
I can no longer access my account and I still have not got my withdrawal.
Robbing cowboys. Will be going to small claims.

So I have threatened small claims and guess what....had my withdrawal in my account today almost 8 weeks after making a complaint.
Avoid avoid avoid the Grace Media Casino Group....PLEEEEASE.

I made a withdrawel 8 days ago uploaded documents and havent heard anything since ive sent numerous emails asking what was going on and they always say we will let you when the casino get back to us cant call them or no live chat jusy email to supportatgracemedia.com who just string you along this has caused me alot of stress what a disgusting way to treat people something needs to be done here as they have my money and wont pay.

Firstly i got no bonus. Next one is strange so id love to hear if anyone has similar experience . After not recieving bonus or spins I checked my account to ensure id taken the correct steps to qaulify. Verified account numerous times, crap customer service. Made withdrawal 5 days ago they then ask me for more bank statements, ID etc. Sent it all. Now no answer or reply from their Phone line, email or live chat. Scam casino and I've alot of evidence against this organisation which my law firm will be taking to regulators and contacting the owners of kerching and Exposing these type os casinos in an upcoming documentary.
Good job the law firm is international. I'm not holding my breath for the money but I will slate this casinos name everywhere and name and shame the owners of this corrupt entity.

Awful company and worst casino I’ve ever used! I played because then good mix of games, I won £500 and withdrew straight away. I made the request to withdraw on the 8th may 2021 but still waiting on my funds. I have been waiting a month and when trying to speak to someone I get no response from customer service! Just ignored. PLEASE AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL CAUSES! Worst company and a big scam

Never had any previous issues on verification nor withdrawels was paid promptly a few weeks ago. I am awaiting 6200 from 17th of May to as of 30 May. Many emails, I hve had replies, most standard replies. Hve sent over and above the relevant docs..given the mount owed..I won't be giving up.

I have an account that had already been verified when I had a win. I made a withdrawal on 9th May and expected the funds within 3 working days. On the third working day I received an email asking for proof of income and bank statements, so this was provided by me on the same day. Despite numerous emails, live chats and raising a complaint, 5 weeks have passed and I still haven’t had the money or no further communication to explain what is holding up the withdrawal. I now suspect that this company is in financial trouble and are withholding withdrawals despite accepting deposits.

UPDATE
Ask for copy of photo ID as old one had expired....provided and now 6 working days on still not heard anything more. So far being waiting 6 weeks!!!

Disgusting when this is suppose to be a 3 day turnaround. Anyone else had their funds yet?
