"Stay away from these scammers"

Stay away from these scammers. I won £2000 two weeks ago, submitted every single document they asked for. Ever since they’ve been telling me that the documents has not been processed yet. There is no phone number, no reference number for this subject. There is only one guy that you can talk to on live chat and he couldn’t care less. Stay away from this website, they will definitely steal your money. I just don’t understand, how did they able to get a license from gambling comission

Disgusting company - Grace Media ltd who run this site and a few others. I’ve been waiting a month now for my withdrawals on their jackpot Jones site. Uploaded everything they’ve asked for. Customer service are useless, only ever get the response - wait for an update, or they ignore you completely. As someone else has said they are making me ill too. I’m owed a lot of money and I constantly feel sick, can’t sleep and suffering severe anxiety now as I fear they’ve just stolen my money. Do not use any of their casino sites.

Just to add, when I mentioned to them they’re causing me anxiety, they immediately self excluded my account! It’s not gambling causing anxiety, it’s them stealing my winnings! Patronising, awful company. Please do not spend money with them, you will regret it.

I’m very concerned about a withdrawal I made a week ago for a large sum of money. I uploaded ID documents immediately and have heard nothing. I don’t even know if my sensitive data has been recieved. I’ve sent numerous emails and spent much time on live chat, and getting no answers, just a standard response to await contact from the team via email. After reading numerous other reviews on here I’m absolutely petrified that I will never see this money again. I’m losing sleep and it’s effecting my health. Please if anyone is considering using this casino, read this and learn from others mistakes, I wish I had. Hoping and praying I’ve not been scammed.

Scam !! had to spend 2 hours on operator chat to get my free bonus after wagering 20 pounds ...which the operator said " ok for this time because im nice" don't lose your money here , rather go for a bigger more trusted casino.

So far not too many issues, easy enough to deposit and log on etc. General site functionality is good and very good selection of games.

I would say however that the overall site systems RTP, taking into account individual games RTPs and volatility etc, is incredibly poor. Could got 20-30 spins without a win.

Now we move onto the bonus system. Very enticing deposit bonuses, HOWEVER, the way it works is incredibly unfair in my eyes and is set up so that they will always make a profit and you will never walk away with any of that bonus money. Firstly real cash will be wagered before bonus (Fair enough, pretty standard). Secondly, there is a 30x wagering requirement on bonus and deposit combined (again fair enough).
This is where the scam kicks in, the real money funds you wager will not count towards the wagering requirement and only counts once you start using bonus money so you will always have to spend your entire deposit before you can start eating away at the wagering requirements. WATCH OUT! I believe that this may constitute an unfair practice and will be further investigating it with the appropriate ADRs and the gambling commission. UK Gambling Commission rules clearly state that bonuses should in no way be overly complex or unfair, which their bonus terms clearly are.

If you are thinking of joining for the bonus, don't bother go somewhere like Bet365 or Virgin or Sky.
