I'm not quite sure of everyone else's circumstances but reading the comments and coupling it with my own experience I'd say people need to chill out, the company I've use for almost a year and have had nothing but a great experience, and I like some recently won two separate sums one for 900 and other for 200 I was asked to have my details verified. Which admitadley took a while but after speaking to the call handlers on a few different days my mind was put to rest and after 1 and a half weeks of being asked to verify, I recieved and email to say it had all been processed, 2 days after this the winnings was in my bank. My advice is as follows:- give the guys and girls at kerching/gracemedia a break they are working from home and from what I understand they don't have e access to the verification teams workload and so as you can appriciate they don't know of how busy they are. You will get your winnings eventually just be patient, its never wise to dirt a companies name just because you have had to wait a little longer than usual.

Withdrawal requested 3 weeks ago for £1000 contacted chat 10 to 15 times for update and same as Karl keep being told same thing that documents have not confirmed to process the withdrawal . Documents came back with pic or the rear of my bank card outstanding so sent that . Still getting no where shame they did not ask for my account confirmed before they allowed me to top up bet it would not have took 3 weeks that’s for sure . I really need help with this it’s absolutely criminal the way people are being treated

Withdrew funds of over £1k nearly 3 weeks ago and as of yet still no payment. Have sent over 30 emails trying to find out why I have not received my funds and get the same “we are waiting for a response from our team” every single time. Casino states a withdrawal time of 2-3 days and too my experience can tell you this is not true. Quick enough to take the money but a totally different ball game getting it back. Also when asking where funds were I was asked why I needed the funds so much and explained due to lockdown every penny counts and they immediately self excluded me (when obviously I didn’t request that) so I was no longer able to access my account history. Very dissatisfied!!

Worst experience trying to get my winnings and still on going £140 withdrawn and processed but never reached my PayPal account who have checked and confirmed payment has never been sent ..requested transaction ID but after a stream of over 80 emails still no payments or ID..after over 2 weeks of providing information I was asked for I was then informed that non of this had been passed on or dealt with and wouldn't be until my account was restricted even though I hadn't even used it while waiting for this to be sorted ..I was also asked why I needed my winnings ?? Genuinely in 13 yrs of playing online gaming this has been the most appauling ,upsetting and stressful experience so far ..I would seriously recommend avoiding this site
