Deposited several times and accepted by kerching and lost each time. Well u can't win all the time. Depositing from a mobile phone suits me as my bank account was hacked for a few quid last year therefore I don't use my card at all online. I have requested my first withdrawal yesterday but still no word on it so I phoned. I was told I would hear in due course and would have to send in proof of name and address and mobile phone bill despite it being a PAYG phone, I love the idea of the casino and will leave 5 stars for now but my withdrawal time will be make or break whether I remain. OK knocked a star off for now as my withdrawal is not being dealt with yet and the time has went from a couple of days to they don't know when I really want to play here daily but not til this is sorted.

Bonuses are a big con! I deposited £15 with 100% match bonus and was given 100 free spins! So I won £12.75 from the free spins which goes into pending! So I thought when I’ve completed the 100% wagering requirement this would be transferred to cash funds BUT no!!! I completed the wagering requirement and I won £200 which suddenly changed to £74!! My fault I hadn’t realised all winnings are capped at 4x deposit!!! This annoyed me but it’s in the t&c’s so I can’t complain.... but what I then realised is that cash funds must always be used first, so unless you lose all your cash you can’t claim your free spin winnings!!! If you withdraw your cash, bonus funds are removed! It’s a complete scam!! The games are ok but the bonuses all sound good but are actually a big con! Takes forever to actually complete the wagering requirements to then have most of the money removed at the end! If I could give 0 stars I would!!

I deposited £10 on 2nd May 2019 at 18.15 and its not gone into my balance but taken from my bank account and 24hrs later still not there 😡😡😡 been using the site for over a year now never had any problems until they recently did maintenance on there site

I was playing Cleopatra from £3 got up £100 played a couple £1 spins Dow to about £80 the screen went funny with my spin, and took me back to the home screen and to my amazement I only had £8.60 in my account what the hells that all about!?!
