I joined this site one week ago. I have been extremely lucky on each of the games. I ran into bother withdrawing my winnings. I had verified my identity as required and was aware that there was a £2000 per day withdrawal limit. I had 2 pending withdrawals and in the third day I attempted another withdrawal. After contacting customer support I discovered that there is also a £5000 a month withdrawal limit. As it was near the end of the month I figured I'd wait and withdraw my remaining £2100. I had another go on one of the games and hit a massive win. £52660! I contacted customer support to arrange a one off bank transfer but they are "unable" to do this apparently. I asked if someone hit a progressive jackpot of £600,000 would they have to spend 10 years withdrawing their winnings month by month? I was told yes! Very happy with the amount I have won but very disappointed in how long it will take me to collect my winnings. I suspect they are hoping I will fritter away a good portion of my balance whilst waiting for the 1st of each month. All in all a good site but be prepared for dissappointment after the excitement of a big win. One star review because I believe it is unreasonable to have to wait nearly a full year to get your winnings and resist the urge to gamble it away.

I spoke to a male who went by the name of Tom last week. I cannot describe how rude this person came across on the telephone. His mannerisms are very condescending and it appeared he couldn't wait to get me off the phone and get back to whatever he was doing. I have since closed my account.

Spent 2 days trying to get past my wagering requirements. I did so and won 350. Have been waiting a week with my winning sat on the site. Sent all my verification documents. But cos I lost my old Bank card and have replaced it. They are refusing to pay out. They are ok taking your money but don't wanna pay when you win. Not happy at all.

I joined kerching as they looked like a trustworthy casino but how wrong was I. I started off making a £100 deposit which was fine, how after I had won X amount of money and tried to withdraw the funds they asked me for identification. I thought that's fair enough as they probably want to make sure they know who is using their site. Anyway I sent them the necessary papers that they want I.e Passport + Utility Bill and they refused to verify my account. They then send me an email saying that they have returned my deposit and closed my account and am no longer able to use Kerching! Absolutely fuming as I was expecting to withdraw a four figure sum but instead instead all I got was my £100 pounds back and threw away about 5 hours whilst playing. I would highly recommend NOT using these guys as they seem very dodgy to me !!!!
