"Bonus On Kerching"

Please leave this company alone.

They are con artists..giving you a bonus and then making you play the bonus through a minimum of thirty times which other sites also do make no mistake about that.
Having managed to get through all that play and still have money. Kerching then decide that most of what you won is fun money and basically removes all excess funds in your balance and leaves you with twice the bonus which in my case was £10 originally. Considering my balance was up to £130 and it disappeared in front of my eyes.
I didn't realise anyone could operate under these terms.
When Kerching give out a bonus beware and give them a wide birth.
You can very rarely access your account history I wonder why??
Kerching you should be ashamed of yourself and some of the very conceited replies that you give to customers who are less than happy.
CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNTS People... This uis one gambling site who do not play fair. Trust me I've played on many.

I've been with Kerching for a number of years and have always had very good VIP treatment, especially from Chris (VIP Manager). I have to be honest and say that I prefer the old site, as do a few other people on here, as it was easier to navigate and bonuses were much clearer and actually more rewarding. I also wish that there were just slot bonuses rather than on specific games. I've also been plagued with technical issues recently that have taken a while to resolve. However none of this will stop me playing, mainly because of the excellent VIP treatment and loyalty bonuses at the beginning of each month.

"Was much better before they upgraded the site."

I've been playing slots on Kerching for more years than I care to remember. I've lost more than I've won but as it's a gambling site that's to be expected. I play for fun. obviously a win is always nice and they were considerably more frequent before the site was upgraded. I no longer feel like a VIP which is a shame after all these years and I don't think my years of membership were carried over from the old site. I don't find the layout of the new site to be very easy to navigate, signing out for example is more complicated as is finding particular games. I appreciate that nothing stays the same but changes should only be made when they are intended to improve things for the user.

Been with Kerching for 4 years and I'm in profit.... I have been treated really well and had lots of bonuses, one year I had over £ 5,000 in bonuses and promotions!
Wouldn't hesitate in recommending them (people only moan when they're loosing) I have recommended several friends and they all the same...
