just came across this site so thought id give it a go. Was able to use my mobile to deposit which i found very handy, The game choice is by far as good as the best online slot sites and even tho i didnt manage a win my first few deposits i enjoyed playing. When i did manage to get a lucky win it was processed by the very next afternoon (it was late at night that i was playing the night before) without any problems or having to go thru any security checks on my side. Have to say cant fault it so far.

I deposited lost and was going to make another deposit but I thought I would check with customer services to see if they do things the 'old fashioned' way in terms of asking for ID if I was every lucky enough to make a withdrawal. Most reputable UK casino sites now do behind the scenes checks such as the electoral role or credit file, however Kerching still expect people to send all my private information to a random bunch of people. One of the biggest gripes with gamblers in sending all this personal information to a company we hardly know anything about which in turn delays the withdrawal process. The list of ID given by customer services was so long I just decided to close my account instantly, identity theft is rife with issues like this collecting private and personal information, so Kerching you've just lost a £500 deposit and all my future deposits. This company don't mind who's card anyone uses to play, authorised or not, so wouldn't the simplest solution be to pay any winnings directly back to the source of the funding? What better verification can there be? I mean you'd hardly steal a card, play bingo and then have your winnings paid to whoever owned the card eh? Customer lost... AVOID! Go with the big names who no longer go through this time consuming historic paper filing process.
