My uncle sold his pride and joy Bespoke showroom back in 2020. These guys have ruined his reputation. My uncle worked very hard but unfortunately made a mistake by selling the business to these crooks. Please refrain from using this place.

Mo’s actual name is Zulkernan Hussain Mahmood he also calls himself Sanjay. One of his staff members notified him but it was too late the sale was done. I believe they have opened up elsewhere so please be aware. If you need any clarification i suggest you should call trading standards and ask them.

Been away on deployment family were doing my windows and went to this company. Already gor delayed by 1 month so when i got back they were meant to be done today. They said they were late then 10mins away then no reply. I went to there shop which google said was open until 5 it was shut with a notice of eviction on it. They took a deposit and half of the money, so they've pissed me off, and my mums currently upset and ik disbelieve. So been a eventful time home already for sure.

Tax fiddler's liers you name it.My door still has gaps around it you can see day light! The shop has closed down land lord has stepped & thrown them out!.

"RUN A MILE AWAY FROM THIS PLACE"

We were recommended this company from family as they had a great expierence a few years ago. We went into the store to pick out a style of door we liked and the guy in the store couldn't have seem less interested, which should have been our first red flag but we found a door we liked and we looked past that. They arranged a home visit for a few weeks time and Adam came out to us. He took measurments and brought a new catalogue so we had more options.
We picked one and a colour and because we had been recommended by family, we were given a discount, GREAT...or so we thought. We paid the 50% deposit that they asked for and was given a time frame of a few weeks for it to be ready. This was in OCTOBER. In decemeber I was called by Adam to say the door was ready but they were running low on fitters so it wouldn't be fitted until the new year but he'll contact me then. I felt reasurred because while it was taking time, they'd been in contact. CUT TO THE NEW YEAR, several text messages and calls to Adam which he didn't answer, calls to the store directly and nothing. No response, no update, no call back nothing. Went the visit the shop for an update in person and the shutters are all down.

This SCAM of company has taken a large desposit from us and ran. Its now Mid February and we have no door, we're down the best part of a grand and no way of contacting the people for our money back.

I wish we had seen all the bad reviews before we paid the deposit. There are a few reviews advising these people have opperated under a few comany names but still treated everyone the same, they take the desposit and never provide the end product. Keep away from them.

If I could, I would leave 0 stars. How to run a shambolic company. Iied, lied and again lied. Took my deposit, never heard from them, until, I got trading standards involved. Full of promises, that didn't meterlised . The company is registered in Yorkshire, not Bolton. In the end, the only way to get my deposit back, was to do a cash back with the bank. This set of cowboys will not get away with it, I'm still in discussion with trading standards and I have consulted a solicitor. Please, please AVOID, WARNING, AVOID, WARNING, AVOID.

When I reached out for assistance, Bayfield Windows displayed an incredible level of evasion and an unwillingness to address the issues. Their disregard for customer concerns was deeply frustrating, showcasing a lack of responsibility for the defective product they supplied.Considering my experience,I strongly caution against choosing them for any window needs. Their defective products coupled with an infuriatingly inadequate post-sale response paint a distressing picture of their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Seek a more reputable and customer-oriented company to avoid the headaches I faced with Bayfield Windows.

"Lied to us. Straight up scammers. RUN."

RUN FAR RUN FAST. Straight up lied to us to get our business. Like verging on fraud.

Under the name of Waterdale Windows, they told us that they'd been appointed by Safestyle's administrators to take over our contract (a complete lie). Someone called us first pretending to be safestyle and saying that waterdale would call to do a requote, then a guy from waterdale themselves called and came round to do the quote. Many times while he was here, he repeated the same lie, and it wasn't an implication either, it was directly saying that they had been appointed by the administrators and even saying there was a price reduction because of the deposit we had paid to safestyle. This wasnt just us musunderstanding, this was bald faced lying.When he was here he seemed to be giving me and my wife inconsistent information.

Decided not to go with them because something seemed untrustworthy about them. Only found out today that a different company had been appointed as taking over safestyles contracts and that these guys had been lying to us.

I highly recommended bespoke to my mother after my previous experience. Once again they have done such an amazing job.

Paul and Danny came on Friday and worked till Sunday. My mother has her kidney operation Tommorow so she wasn’t going to be in on Monday. Bless them they worked constantly for three days. Her house looks absolutely amazing.

She ordered 6 sliding sash windows and 2 new composite doors. Both lads worked extremely hard and made sure that everything was completed before Monday.

Mo came over as promised to make sure my mother was happy. My mother was overwhelmed with the service she received. She gave Mo great big hug.

Thank you very much for putting a smile on my mothers face.

"Good products and good service"

Really friendly rep with a good choice of doors. Had to wait 8 to 10 weeks after placing order but the two fitters arrived on the arranged date and did the job in a couple of ours. Only snag was that the lock broke within 24 hours but they replaced it the day I reported it to them so I cannot fault the service. The door looks great.
