"Jet2 yes Titan only if we have to. "

We love Jet2 as their flights are generally on ti.e thr seat row spacing is pretty good and their fleet of 737 aircraft seem well maintained and clean however it's not the same if you end up flying with Titan their partner airline the uses airbus A321 aircraft with less legroom tighter seats fixed armrests and all this takes the edge off of the experience hence the lower rating. Sorry Jet2 but this was our hones opinion.

Obviously flying is not fun but ... your staff keep a cheery face and help things along. Even the pilot joked that he would be looking for a short cut should the opportunity come up.

The weather in Tenerife the day we flew home was horrendous the plane was late landing due to really bad head winds but they changed over as quickly as possible and the flight home was only 3/3/4 hours and the flight staff made you feel really comfortable you can not breat Jet 2

Unfortunately your good service is spoilt by your failure to address the problem of groups of generally young passengers boarding the flight drunk and noisy only to be made worse by you continuing to serve them alcohol throughout the flight.
Our flight out to Faro had such a group-not good enough.
Its happened to us before with both men and women groups
