"If you can get this company to actually…"

If you can get this company to actually answer the phones or return your message then consider yourself lucky. They booked us in for a service and re-power up of the hot tub for it to be cancelled the day it was booked. They then rebooked it for the 18th three weeks later to again this time just not even bother to turn up or even let me know they weren’t coming. Still unable to get any reply from the phones with them. Absolutely disgraceful company to say the least. Even 1 star is above what they deserve. Avoid this company at all costs.

Everything is done with ease, upmost professionalism and as promised. The engineer "Mark" is always smiling, chatty and really knows his stuff. He ensures everything is done and you are happy before he leaves

Outstanding service. Our Engineer, Mark, was absolutely fantastic. Mark paid attention to every little detail leaving the hot tub in immaculate condition.
Jenni in the Office organised everything brilliantly to ensure all ran smoothly.

"Exceptional Service and Top-Quality Spa!"

From the moment we walked in to purchase our spa, the level of professionalism was outstanding. A special thanks to Wyne, who went above and beyond to help us choose not only the perfect Subdance 780 Chelsee spa but also the ideal Remanso Pergola shed to complement it. His knowledge and guidance made the decision process smooth and enjoyable.

The after-sales team was equally impressive, ensuring that every aspect of our purchase was taken care of promptly. The delivery team was just as professional, handling the installation of both the spa and the shed with great care and efficiency.

As for the spa itself, it's truly top of the range, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. We are so grateful for the entire experience—from the purchase to the setup, the whole team exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

"5 Stars go to MySpa!"

5 Stars go to MySpa for the supply and installation of our new 2024 Sundance 680 Series Edison Hot Tub.
Not only did they install the new hot tub, but they took away the previous Sundance 680 Peyton which we had from MySpa over 6 years ago (we fancied a change).
The MySpa experience, from buying our first tub, to the ongoing support, service and installation of the new one has been second to none.
I've recommended MySpa many times and I do so to you good folks reading this. Buy from MySpa with absolute confidence. A hot tub is a big investment, so whatever you do, don't simply buy on price.

"Reliable and excellent service "

I have had my MySpa hot tub for more than 3 years and use their silver service maintenance plan . I have had excellent service and most professional treatment from all their staff. Appointments are always kept and the engineers always contact me just prior to visit.

"Huge Thanks to Magic Mark....."

Had an issue with my Sundance tub and Mark the excellent engineer came and diagnosed the issue within an hour. I need an electrician to make absolutely sure (regulations and safety which is fair enough). Every engineer I have had visit from the My Spa team has always been polite, diligent, highly professional and extremely knowledgeable. I hope from this day forth, Mark's colleagues will refer to him as Magic Mark (he's not going to thank me for that!) Well done the My Spa team once again.
