I recently updated my will, had 2 LPAs drawn up and had my house put into a trust. I contacted The Planning Bee and very quickly had an appointment for someone to come to see me at my home. The man, Mr Shaw, who came to see me was incredibly helpful, very knowledgeable and a very nice person. He was very polite, very charming and very positive. He made the whole process easy and straightforward and not the uncomfortable experience I expected it to be. Following the initial appointment, I received the draft documentation within a few weeks, Christmas got in the way, which required a couple of amendments and received final documentation for signing five weeks later.
The whole process was easy, uncomplicated and I was guided through it professionally and smoothly. I would certainly recommend them.

When Spencer came to see my mum and dad initially for will preparation and trust deeds, things we all ok. About 2 weeks later my dad deteriorated and we neded the documents to be rushed through so that things were put into place quickly. Spencer and Marc pulled out all of the stops to help us with this and they have been superb from re-drafting documents to coming and seeing my mum to ensure all was in place, whilst my dad is in the hospice. They could not do enough and have gone above and beyond. Thank you so much from us all during a difficult time
