"So Disappointed in Inghams "

So, Hotel and St Gilgen very good
BUT return flight with TUI 6hr delay.
Advised by Inghams to claim though TUI ( fair enough)
But after 5 rejections ( unable to locate us)
Contacted Inghams for help, seeing how we paid them for the holiday but it seems they are not willing to put any effort in helping us. Shame on Inghams they could do so much more.
Thank you Inghams for your reply to my review. We now have proof of delay with TUI to take forward.

"Lake Como where the mountains meet the shore"

As young at heart senior citizens we wanted to enjoy lakes and mountains in a very scenic part of the world and Lake Como did not disappoint! Stunning in the Italian sunshine. The service from Inghams was 5 star from start to finish and I would recommend them as they have the expertise and superb local representatives who are experts in that locality in our case the central area based in Mennagio - Hotel Bella Vista family run, very popular and wonderful staff

"Inghams Walking holiday in Malcesine"

Inghams Walking holiday in Malcesine, Lake Garda. Location is absolutely stunning, lake is so clean and clear and lovely to swim/relax in.

So much to do, for all ages and interests - personal favourites being the cable car to the top of Monte Baldo, bike ride alongside the lake and a day trip to the Gardaland theme park (if getting the bus - get on at earliest possible stop - it's gets very busy!)

Hotel was lovely, staff very friendly and multilingual, and a choice of pools available which meant they never felt over crowded.
Entertainment provided was a bit quirky and 80's-esque, but my son loved it (Magic Bryan holds legendary status in our household now!)

Finally our rep, Clara, was lovely. Helpful, passionate and knowledgeable about Malcesine as a destination and always available if or when needed.

"Amazing Austrian Adventure!"

Great value for money, a wonderful hotel in a fantastic location in the Stubai Valley, with lots of interesting and scenic walks and excursions nearby.

Our stay at the family owned Alpenhotel Tirolerhof in Neustift was amazing! The quality of food and the spa facilities were excellent. The hotel staff were all very friendly and spoke good English. The hotel was very clean and fresh. We enjoyed our afternoon cake and coffee, whilst sitting outside in the wonderful garden terrace area, next to the outdoor pool.

The hotel is located, just a short walk from the Elfer cable car and nearby bus stops.
We absolutely loved our stay here and hope to return again sometime in the future.

The use of the included Stubai Super Card was great, allowing for free bus travel throughout the valley as well as free cable car trips and not forgetting a free ride on the Summer Alpine Toboggan ride!

Our holiday rep Alex, was very friendly and delivered a very informative welcome meeting at our hotel, on what walks and excursions we could do, as well as explaining how to use the Stubai Super Card and it's benefits.

This was our first time travelling with Inghams Walking, but after this holiday experience, it certainly won't be our last!

Excellent company, very professional from the booking process to the local rep, transfers, hotel and everything in between. Prices are competitive and I definitely want to book with them again.

The Imghams package holiday to Zermatt was extremely well organised and good value for money. The Hotel Alex was comfortable and food was great.

The Inghams representative, Matty, took time to understand what I wanted from my holiday and was able to provide appropriate suggestions for activities. He was also knowledgeable about the nightlife in Zermatt.

Overall an excellent holiday experience.

"Hotel Allalin"

Hotel Allalin, Saas Fee, Valais, Switzerland.
Family run since about 1928. Impossible to improve on the experience, although the excellent 5 course dinner can be a challenge for those of us with small appetites.
Lovely, very efficient and hardworking staff well led by Family members who are “hands-on”. The owner speaks to every guest at dinner each night to see all is well.
