"We went to the Wiesental Hotel in 4th Jan 2025"

We went to the Wiesental Hotel in Obergurgal. The hotel rooms were modern, very clean and spacious, well designed. Fantastic walk in shower, our room also had a balcony with nice views of the mountains in the background. The choice of food was excellent, breakfast buffet was extensive and varied, and evening meals were a choice of four courses.acces to the lifts was a short walk (50m), and the excellent ski hire shop was directly opposite the hotel. The spa was also great.
Having said all this our stay was spoiled because my wife is allergic to gluten (coeliac disease) and despite every effort on our part to warn the hotel in advance, and then when we arrived, and again when were given our arrival meal, she was given a meal containing gluten. (We asked the waiter three times “does this contain gluten?” and they took it back to the kitchen three times to check, they said it did not.) She was violently sick through the night. There was almost a repeat of this when served a large tart citron for dessert on the second night. This of course was declined as we knew it was not gluten free even after checking twice with the kitchen who said initially it was. It was hastily withdrawn by the waiter.
The Inghams rep Robert was as helpful as he could be, he was at the hotel immediately in the morning and brought it to the attention of the chef, who denied everything, started ranting at the hotel manager that gluten was not in the meal.
The woman chef (I believe she may be the manager’s wife, or the hotel manageress) was very rude to us, not only on this occasion by storming off, but also on other occasions. On the last day she shouted at me for leaving our luggage in the boot room which everyone was told to do and then stormed off. She was rude to other members of staff, and shouted at the male manager on several occasions, and other guests.
The hotel is really nice, the staff are great, but is spoiled by this one very rude woman. If you have an allergy just be careful.
If it wasn’t for this very rude chef/manageress I would give the hotel five stars, but I have to mark it down because of her. It’s a shame for the other lovely staff.

"Val Thorens 2025"

We stayed at Hotel Le Sherpa in Val Thorens in January 2025.

Transport - a delay on the plane on the way out but no fault of Inghams. Didn't have to wait for very long to get set off on the transfer on the way out. Rep on route to resort lacked local knowledge and wasn't very informative. On route back we had to go via Moutiers to drop other guests off - would prefer not to add an hour on to the overall transfer time.

Hotel - Amazing hotel with amazing staff, will definitely stay again if visiting Val Thorens in the future!

In resort rep - didn't see rep at all, saw other reps from other companies but Inghams rep seemed to visit during the ski day which was of no use. Had no issues when in resort so no need for them.

Communication - prior to flying, Inghams were amazing with updates and information, and discount codes for ski gear. Had an issue when booking and they were really helpful! In resort, we were told to add the reps number so that would get updates via whatsapp but none received other than a pdf with departure details (where wrong departure airport was listed.)

We have travelled with crystal previously and not found them to be that great. All in all, we will probably book things seperately next time as haven't found Inghams any better other than for the ease of booking a package holiday.

We had an amazing holiday, but I don't think Inghams had much of an impact on that other than as a booking platform.

"Get an app and a better digital service. "

Inghams you need an app so people can view the info on their holiday. Your digital offering is poor. Otherwise a satisafactory to book a package ski holiday.

"Smooth transportation and excellent hotel"

The flights were OK and at reasonable times. The transfers good, Inghams staff friendly and helpful, and the hotel excellent. We skiied at Obergurgl for a week and stayed at the hotel Jenewein. The hotel was right on the slope and next to the main gondola. Ski and boot storage was secure and good (with boot warmers).
The hotel was great. Friendly staff, large very clean room, very comfortable bed, and the food was excellent. The breakfast buffet was extensive with hot and cold selections, and delicious bread. Evening meal was superb, with a main course choice of meat, fish or vegetarian each night. I'm allergic to milk and they went above and beyond to make sure that I wasn't given anything that contained milk. They also made special desserts for me, which was excellent. I generally do without or am offered fruit salad or sorbet.

"We travelled as a group of 8 to Andorra…"

We travelled as a group of 8 to Andorra to ski in Arinsal. Although there wasn’t tons of snow we had a fantastic week, Inghams Reps and staff were excellent (again) . The accommodation was really good as well and staff at the hotel went out of their way to be helpful.

"Staff, food and comfort all first rate "

We stayed in Le Savoie in Val d’Isère for our first Inghams experience. The hotel is comfortable, spacious and fairly well located (10 mins walk to the gondolas). However, the main reasons for the five stars are the staff and the food. As a vegetarian, it can be hard to get really tasty and healthy meals on skiing holidays. The chefs at Inghams are clearly very serious about making balanced, flavour-packed meals and it was such a joy and relief to come home feeling like I’d eaten well. They were flexible on all requests, too. Superb.

Then the staff. As someone who has previously worked in Ski hospitality, I’ve had some very depressing experiences in chalets where the staff just don’t seem to care about providing a wonderful holiday. Not so here! I cannot speak highly enough of the kindness, warmth, efficiency and professionalism of the team at Le Savoie. It warmed my heart to experience their care. Huge thanks to Lucy, Niamh and the team.

"Just returned from Champoluc"

Just returned from Champoluc, Italy. Great weather and snow for January. Transfers efficient and well timed so we weren't sat waiting at the airport or leaving the hotel at some ridiculous hour. Hotel was excellent for a Three Star, warm, comfortable, great food and friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us. Ski hire efficient and the best skis we've had for years. The reps were informative and available if needed. Nothing to complain about here!

"Fantastic week in Corvara"

We have just returned from a 7 night package holiday with Inghams at the Sporthotel Panorama in Corvara, Italy.
It was one of the best skiing holidays we have had, the in resort rep was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and the hotel was absolutely amazing
