"Holiday cancelled but positive response"

Holiday cancelled, bad weather led to two flights being cancelled, no fault attached to Inghams.
The company immediately offered full refund and were helpful throughout this difficult time.
We really appreciated this response, you couldn’t ask for more, thanks to all who helped us sort it out.
We will book again on 2025.

"Avoid Toplice hotel. "

I booked a week in a 5 star hotel, Lake Bled namely the hotel Toplice. I was so disappointed, the only positive thing is the lake view. The hotel is shabby and resembles a property on the verge of closure.
This hotel appears to be used predominantly by a one night stop off by coach parties.
The standard of food and accommodation is not 5 star.
The bedroom parquet flooring has brown tape over the broken parts, paintwork and wallpaper dirty, hair dryer was hanging off the bathroom wall with wires exposed, the toilet seat didn’t fit the toilet…to mention just a few.
My advice for anyone reading this is to avoid and stay elsewhere.
Inghams use the excuse “this is slow venia” and repairs take time.

Superb hotel and the area is magnificent. Stayed at the Alpine Resort Sport and Spa hotel in Saalbach. Staff at the hotel quite excellent with similarly fine facilities. Food first rate. Inghams are a very decent company to travel with (been with them for over 15 years now) but their prices are not quiote as competitive as they have been. A bit of haggling when we booked this year's holiday.

From first to last contact with Inghams we experienced first class communication and service with an eye to detail on every aspect to ensure our holiday is a memorable one. The staff and representatives could not be more helpful
or informative. Our hotel and its location was perfect and ideal as I am not as mobile as I used to be. We cannot recommend Inghams highly enough. The information about what to do and where to eat and drink as well as places to go and see was first class.

"Wow what an amazing holiday/adventure!"

Just back from an amazing Inghams walking holiday to Selva, Val Gardena in the Italian Dolomite mountains.
The hotel was fabulous & located very close to a cable car station. The town had lots of wonderful places to eat. Did our own walks but you can go on guided walks if you want that. Walked over 50 miles in the last week but have come home feeling energised and mentally rested.

"Taking the train all the way to Lake Annecy"

We couldn't fault Inghams for our amazing walking holiday. We took the train from London right to Lake Annecy (which Inghams arranged for us), enjoyed a gorgeous hotel stay at Le Pelican. We walked, cycled and soaked up the old town and lakeside lifestyle. The room, food and overall service at the hotel was wonderful. And Harvey, the Inghams local team member, was really helpful before and during our holiday, and always on-hand just a whatsapp message away. Highly recommend choosing Inghams and taking the train too. Spacious seats and luggage storage, wifi, power sockets, trains that run on time, with lovely café/bars onboard. It's the best way to travel, allowing you to soak up and enjoy the journey as you go!

Everything went smoothly and the locations and hotels were really well chosen. Transfers between airport and first location; between first and second locations; and back to airport all worked like clockwork. All round a very enjoyable holiday.
