Ordered a 4 panel sliding window, the build quality is very poor. The frames are very chunky with no insulation. The instructions for assembly are generic and don’t relate to the product I purchased.
The locking mechanism is held in with two self tapping screws into plastic. One hard pull and would rip out. When I enquired they said this is correct and meets standards..

When you call, you get no help - they just say they will get hold of the manufacturer and call you back, but you never hear anything.
Would absolutely never buy anything from them again, and go to a local window maker where you can actually talk to people who understand their product

I have now updated my review as once I received the doors I was very pleased with them.

I ordered a set of " Stock item " Sliding doors from this firm they gave me a delivery date which is now 2 weeks late . When you phone up to find out when they might deliver the item the person on the other end of the phone just tells you they will let you know when they are going to despatch them, not much use when you have a builder waiting to fit them. Personally I wouldn't use them again don't be swayed by a good price if you have a job to finish.
