"Assistance très efficace "

J'ai hésité avant de prendre l'assurance mais maintenant je ne regrette vraiment pas. Après plusieurs changements de dates de vol des différentes compagnies (l'assistance dohop m'a à chaque fois trouvé une solution avec prise en charge de l'hébergement et des repas) j'ai finalement décidé d'annuler car escales trop longues. Dohop a fait les démarches et j'ai rapidement reçu le remboursement des 2 compagnies. Pour ceux qui anticipent leurs voyages je vous conseille de prendre "avec assistance" c'est un peu plus cher mais pour ma part ça m'a évité beaucoup de désagrément...

i was rebooked twice due to serious issues at Jersey airport however even with live chat upgrading me to a human , and telephoning at same time both options take a very long time when in middle of a travel problem do no pleased up be rebooked but stressed as i tried to resolve options

Since there was a delay on the first flight and lost the following connection, I had to book another flight to be able to arrive to my final destination. For the refund of the second flight I contacted Dohop and the refund was done within a few days. So thank you for your help!
