The promised 24-hour service is not a thing. The actual person, when finally reached, was helpful, but I had a lot of stress waiting for replies that they would get involved when a future flight was cancelled.

YET AGAIN TRYING TO CONTACT DOHOP THROUGH THEIR WHATSAPP SERVICE. NO REPLY OR EVEN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF MESSAGE RECEIVED. I NEED TO CANCEL TWO FLIGHTS AND HAVE SENT AN EMAIL TO YOUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. THE FLIGHTS ARE FOR NEXT FRIDAY 9TH AUGUST. IF ANYONE READS THIS MAYBE IT MIGHT BE DEALT WITH BEFORE THEN. YOUR SERVICE IS APPALLING AND I WILL NEVER USE IT AGAIN.

"My flight was cancelled"
My flight was cancelled, I called dohop and they alleviate all of my concerns got me booked onto the next viable flight for myself wife and 2 young children, explained all of the process and every option available, detailed the reimbursement process all of the allowances they would provide. Nata was the lady I dealt with and if their other advisors are even half as good, I would recommend everybody to book through dohop. Amazing service, service being the key word. Would definitely recommend to others, very painless and smooth transition from panic to ease.
