They are very professional and willing to help. When I lost the flight they couldn’t help me immediately, but they did the refund accordingly within 30 days after the claim was submitted.

"Natalia and Iris were fantastic"

Natalia and Iris were fantastic on the customer service desk. I was trying to fly a band out to France to play at my wedding and the flights had been changed last minute so they were going to miss the connection. Natalia and Iris helped me change their connecting flight and have since processed my refund for the accommodation the band needed in Gatwick. All very helpful. Thank you!

"Horrible experience"

I looked for flights without self transfer. Round trip. Dohop sold me 4 individual one way tickets 2 going, 2 returning without telling me they were not connected until after I purchased them. The biggest issue was getting to our destination. The 2 return flights had 10 hours between them so we had time to self transfer. The day flying out had 2 Spirit flights the same day going. One was international. I had to pay 2 $59 fees for a checked bag for that day. It got charged twice since it was not checked through. Not refundable. I quickly saw I could not take a checked bag at all since Dohop booked the two separate flights and there was not enough time between the 2 one way flights. They sent me a message that I would have to go get my checked bag and check it in and drop it off for my next flight and go back through security there was not enough time on the layover. The second leg was international and we almost lost our flights because since the flights were not connected Spirit did not know we were there past security already. We tried standing in line for an hour to try to get a customer service location to get us checked in, we couldn’t check in for the international leg online as they wanted to see our passports. If you don’t show up for an international flight an hour before take off your tickets are cancelled. We finally got a gate agent to check us in. But I will never use Dohop again and warn everyone else. They did not inform me I was buying one way tickets until after they sold them to me. I would have never bought 2 unconnected flights both from Spirit the same day hours apart with one international. And we lost the money we paid for checked luggage because we couldn’t bring a bag at all with the situation Dohop put us in.

"Avoid! Lack common decency and courtesy"

As you lack common decency and courtesy to reach out privately to help solve this issue I shall respond on here. The flight delay meant two of our travel members missed their second flight to our final destination. They had to pay for another flight plus the baggage plus waited over 13 hours in Copenhagen airport. I understand we booked basic but we didn’t get the service we paid for. Refund the two members for the missed flight due to the delay caused by the first airline. We are literally asking for the basic to be done. To all the other readers: avoid, make sure you check social media reviews and other reviews on here, we were messed about and treated incredibly poorly. We booked basic due to the trust in dohop but unfortunately they were unable to fulfil their part of the transaction. They were quick to take our money but are refusing to refund a portion of the transaction and are refusing to help us. One of the members left stranded for over 13 hours is a stroke patient, he was left there without his medicines and no help. Whilst at the airport half his face swelled up due to stress! Seems you only look at the monetary factor and lack humanity. Absolutely appalled and disgusted!
