"Falha de parte da reserva de viagem Porto - Istambul"

Efectuei uma reserva para a viagem Porto-Istambul para a semana de 17 a 24 de Outubro. Constatei que, no acto do pagamento apenas foi autorizado 2 itens e não os 5 itens do processo.
Enviei um e-mail para anular a reserva com os itens autorizados para pagamento. Pretendo efectuar a reserva mais tarde. Pretendo receber uma resposta sobre o assunto.

My experience with Dohop is special : the same day (sunday), we have made a reservation and cancelled because a part of our trip with two different fly company was not confimed. We've contacted the service of Dohop by phone : their agent has rapidly found our reference of the fly, gave good explations and send a email with clear informations. All have been completed, Thank you Nikolay and Dohop. We will not hesitate to use Dohop for another trip

Booked a journey with Dohop consisting of 2x flights (Pegasus and EasyJet) 1x of the flights was cancelled which left the other flight useless.
