Call Janet for help as we had a connecting flght which we were going to loose due to a delay. Thanks to her advice we arrange new tickets which were reimbursed by easyJet. In Malta the reps were useless. Thanl god we found this helpline cause in Malta the gave us a phone number that doesn't even exist

Be careful when using this service. If you ever had to change a flight, bear in mind that might not be that easy.
We felt that experience when we had to change an EasyJet flight, but to do that we needed some kind of unblocking from Dohop so that Easyjet would be able to change the flight.
We were told that upon request we would receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes. The confirmation arrived almost one day after the request.
Unfortunately, we could not afford to wait forever for the unblocking and we ended up buying a new flight, which Dohop did not take any responsibility for the extra expense.
