Pagué una vez y en mi cuenta aparecieron 3 pagos; uno de los cuales NUNCA le llegó a Iberojet.
Mi banco me confirmó el pago e Iberojet me seguía diciendo que no le había llegado el pago y me iban a quitar la reserva.
Entonces, tuve que pagar de nuevo.
A Dohop, les he enviado la evidencia y lo siguen negando.
Compren sus vuelos directamente con las empresas.

Contraté el seguro de Dohop para vuelos que hacen escala, "all way" o algo así. En cuanto veo que el primer vuelo se retrasa y voy a perder el segundo, intento llamarlos al teléfono que tienen de atención al cliente. Solo me hablan en inglés. Les pido alguien que me hable en español y me cuelgan. Yo desesperada. Una hora y pico más tarde me manda un email Olga diciéndome lo que me cubrirían y dándome un vuelo alternativo diciendo que lo coja yo y luego me lo reembolsan. Pues esto fue hace más de un mes, y aunque les mandé las facturas enseguida, HACE MÁS DE UN MES, me dicen que siga esperando que esto lleva su tiempo. Lo que están esperando es que los clientes se rindan y se olviden para no pagarles. Voy a tener que reclamarlo judicialmente.

I booked a flight using Dohop service website. It was a connecting flight from Tokyo to Bangkok with layover in Clark international airport. After the booking, Clark to Bangkok booking confirmation mail was sent to my gmail but I never received for Narita to Clark flight.
At that time, I was so panic since I just missed my earlier flight and the new booking was also not successful but the payment was already deducted. I quickly contacted Dohop customer service where they recommended me to re-book the Narita to Clark route via official airline website. And send the information to them. I did what they said.
I was deducted two times for Narita to Clark route. So I rushed to Dohop hotline again explaining my situation. The staff said the refund will be automatically done and within 3~4 days, I will receive refund for the failed Narita to Clark booking via Dohop.
However, even until after 4 days. I still do not receive the refund. When I called to Dohop customer service again, they told me that my flight booking was completed and successful. Oh, what a joke.
In total, it costed me 160000 yen (1100 usd) due to the series of new flight bookings. With that 1100 usd, I can actually plan another Bangkok trip including flight and hotels. I am so sad. My mistake was not having much reserved time to go to the airport.
Never use Dohop their customer service is the worst in my entire life.
