"Still not received refund"

Reserved connecting flight with connect safe to ensure I would be covered in case of delayed flight. Flight was delayed and i therefore missed my second flight. I called Dohop who advised me to book a new flight and they would process my refund. I did so, sent all my receipts to Dohop, who advised my all was fine and I would receive my refund within 30 calendar days. It has now been almost 7 weeks and I still haven't received my refund, despite multiple emails to customer service with no response or very little help.

Our flight was delayed for 10 hours, and Easyjet didn't inform us about the right departure time (it changed hour by hour). We missed the second flight and we had to book another flight. I asked for Dohop's assistance and Anastasia has been great. She waited for our final confirmation (depending on air company news) to book the second flight.

Answered the phone in a couple of rings, very polite, friendly and efficient operator, sorted everything within 5 minutes. This was all done at 5am!

He hecho una reserva con vuelo de conexión, solo me enviaron la confirmación de uno de los vuelos alegando que el segundo no pudo comprarse por falta de balance en la tarjeta de crédito, tengo varios cargos hechos en la tarjeta, incluido dos cargo del vuelo que alegan no pudo comprarse, también he comprado un seguro con ellos; ahora ni siquiera la reserva que ellos confirmaron aparece en la aerolínea en cuestión, trato de comunicarme con ellos, solo respondieron una vez y no han respondido más. Horrific service. I paid extra for “connectsure” in case there were delays and I couldn’t make my connection. There were indeed delays—I contacted dohop an hour ago and have gotten nothing but an automated message in response. Spirit airlines has actually been more helpful here, which is saying something! Will never use again.

The customer service team is very attentive and concerned about the customer. The document evaluation process, however, is very time-consuming and I believe it is important for Dohop to improve its procedural rites, to be more dynamic and effective.
