Initially, our experience with Dohop was great. When our flight was canceled, we managed to rebook a new one for the same day. Although the price was extortionate, we were assured that the difference would be reimbursed. We submitted all the required information in July and were informed that refunds could take up to 30 days. However, it’s now been over two months (10 weeks), and we still haven't received confirmation on the exact refund amount or when we will get it. Extremely disappointed in the delay of receiving a refund and lack of communication and information.

Paid for 4 connecting flights at the same time, 3 of which were falsely advertised and no longer available but they don't tell you that until after you have paid! So I've wasted my money on the 1 flight that was available and I had to pay admin fee. Absolutely useless thieves

Everything went well when booking the flights, except with WizzAir where it's not possible to have the invoice match the passenger's name. Additionally, seats are mandatorily paid for afterwards without prior notice.

"Time wasters"
I feel apologetic because I do not understand the role of DOHOP with Easyjet. They do not resolve anything satisfactorily. But they take quite a chunk of money for doing nothing and they are attached autometically to Easyjet airline ticketing. I cannot even delete them when and if I wanted to book a ticket. At end of long conversation and time wasting, they tell you to contact the Easyjet customer services.
