Noodnummer 4 x gebeld, niet bereikbaar. Via chat gevraagd om een persoonlijk contact, niks gehoord. Het is avond en we zitten vast op het vliegveld.....

"You may get only partial booking"
Advertised a certain price online which was better than competitors. At the end only partial booking worked out and they told me to book the return flight direct with airline. It just so worked out that as a result they got their transaction fee and i ended up paying more in total - having to book return flights with airline.
Smells fishy to me but the difference was small enough i couldnt be bothered the trouble to cancel the whole thing and book with the competitor.

"Very Poor communication and Support"
Poor communication. They didn't give updates as to how the refund was going. Their phone was not available the day of the incident. The Spanish phone never works.
They spent more than 2 months to return the money, after me having to ask for it several times.
They didn't tell me anything when the refund was (partially) completed, and they didn't explain why they didn't refund the whole amount.

"Completely Abandoned and Ignored by Dohop"
Ignored and abandoned for almost 8 hours (and still no response) after missing a connecting flight due to a delay, despite having purchased Dohop’s ConnectSure for precisely this kind of situation. For hours, we’ve been left in complete silence, no responses to our calls, no follow-up, no solutions. The so-called 'immediate support' they advertise is non-existent. We've tried reaching them repeatedly, but each attempt has been met with nothing but automated responses and false promises. We’ve now been left in a foreign country, as night falls, with no idea what to do next and no support to rely on.
This experience has been deeply disappointing, and based on this, I will never consider using Dohop again, nor would I ever recommend their services.

"Any feedback for 7h, and more to come while we are stucked in a foreign country"
We've just had a flight delayed and lost the next fligth because of this. We contracted Dohop ConnectSure in case this happened. We have been trying to contact them for 7 HOURS without any feedback, they have falsely claimed to give us immediate attention through the automatic assistent more than 20 times, we called without response more than 40 times, from midday through afternoon (they brag about 24/7 line from 9 to 17). We can't even talk about resolution because we haven't been able to contact them, currently stucked in a foreign country, about to get dark, and with any suport from them.
With complete certainty we won't be recommending Dohop's service to our friends and family.

Scammed me. I purchased connectsure and when missed my connection they left me on read and closed all of my requests and chats without answering. Made me lose a lot of money on a new flight. RUN AWAY
