"Had an issue with my payment"

Had an issue with my payment, my bank declined the transaction thinking it was fraud, but Dohop paid the transaction for me then they charged my account with a draft. I reach out to Dohop customer support via email and Georgina explained the situation above and assisted me immediately. I also called them and Oliver was great. The only thing is that their phone number is international and my call was $60, not too happy about this. They didn’t disclose this info on their email or website but they did answered all my emails and calls within 24hrs and my ticket was paid and ready to go.

"Paying money for nothing! 😡"

Wanted to reschedule a flight and the airline said only Dohop could change the booking.
Dohop then claimed they have no control over changes, only disruptions on the day of the flight.

Their website also offers no way to manage your booking. Now, I’m stuck dealing with the airlines directly.

It’s shocking that Google Flights supports such an unhelpful service.

Conclusion: You simply pay them money for nothing.
The payment is done through Dohop's portal and not over the airlines portals, and yet they don't help with changing your booking!

Quoting their response: "Dohop’s role is to help find the optimal connecting flights".
WHAT? today a 6 years old kid with a computer can find connecting flights 😄

I should now book a new connecting flight on my expenses because this fraud.

When it's a reliable agency as they present them selves on their website as a partner of almost the whole world airlines, they won't mind contacting their "partner" to at least try to solve the problem 😉

DOHOP is nothing, but a fraud.

"Wrongfully took my credit card yet rejected the reservation"

Twice in a row, I booked through La Compagnie's website and because it involved a connection through Paris to Nice (using Easy Jet on the second leg), the payment apparently went through DOHOP, associated with La C. I put my card in, and it took the 122. required coordination fee, then told me my transaction failed - but in checking with my bank the charge was still pending. So I called DOHOP and they said I had to wait for the refund and the booking failed. So later on I tried with another card and had the identical failed experience!

"Roméo a été très pro et sympathique "

Roméo a été très pro et sympathique ! Il a su trouver des vols qui correspondaient à ma situation suite à un changement de vol de la part d’Easyjet et a pris le temps de m’apporter des solutions qui correspondaient plus à mes attentes. Je suis ressortie satisfaite de notre échange et ravie d’avoir pu avoir un service de cette qualité !

The claims process was simple and clear and communication was good. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars was the slow refund process, which took a couple months.

"Brutta esperienza "

Ho prenotato un volo andata e ritorno con questo servizio. Hanno prelevato i soldi, non sono riuscita a confermare in tempo tutte le tratte ( avevo uno scalo e non si capiva niente). Mi hanno restituito i soldi ma non 89 euro di provvigione per non aver fatto niente

"You took forever to get my refund…"

You took forever to get my refund assuming you wanted me to forget, didn’t want me now about my rights, super hard to understand over the phone. Wanted me to reschedule my flight even though it wasn’t my job.

"Poor customer service start to finish."

I booked Easyjet flights with the Dohop service and a delay on the outbound flight meant a missed connection. I couldn't get an answer from Dohop in sufficient time and made my own arrangements. I am now 7 weeks since i submitted the claim and despite repeat chasers by me and i no further forward. The organisation comes across like there are about five people working there. A formal complain beckons to their regulator.
