The number they gave me was incorrect. I was not able to get in touch with Dohop at moment that I was at the airport trying to figure out what to do after I missed a flight due to EasyJet's delay.
I went to EasyJet's desk, where they gave me a number of their own after a lot of debate. EasyJet's customer service redirect me to another number from Dohop (which I hadn't seen anywhere before).
The phone service qas efficient at least, and the Dohop agreed to cover a flight of another company because the next EasyJet flight was the next day.
They took really long to pay me. The said there was a delay of 1 month to be refunded. I got 1/3 of the refund by then, after asking for update twice. The other 2/3 only arrived 2.5 months after the request and insisting every week for updates.

Booked through EasyJet 2 flights connecting in GVA. Our initial flight from Athens was delayed an hour and by the time we got our bags, we'd missed check in for our 2nd flight by 5 minutes.

Prior to this (as we were leaving Athens and sat on the tarmac), I'd emailed and whatsapped Do Hop for help - and also sat on their online chat.

When landing in GVA, I spent 20 mins on hold to DoHop with no answer.

Very luckily, the easyjet staff re-opened check in for us and we made it, but I dread to think what would have happened if they didn't.

24 hours after the 2nd flight from GVA, I'm still waiting for a reply from my email and whatsapp!

28/09/24 - Again, after the last issue with Dohop in July 2024, that took days to get resolved to try and get a new flight booked as Easyjet cancelled one of my connections, here we are again, with Easyjet further cancelling and Dohop not responding on their own chat, Whatsapp or phone. House waiting to "be connected to a human" and in the meantime there AI advice is to contact Easyjet myself.... which I am unable as the booking was done via Dohop. What's the fee Dohop charges? I don't really understand how this company is able to advertise services that don't exist in a timely manner. To be honest both Dohop and Easyjet are as bad as eachother, since the "cancelled" flight are still for sale on their website.

30/09/24 - Update. Still no contact from Dohop but I was able to manage the changes myself, after Easyjet website started working. While there is a positive result, it is disappointing that Dohop did not contact me. I wonder what would happen if there is a short term cancellation and I need to get in touch with them to rebook a connecting flight immediately. I guess it will be up to me to sort it out!
