"Imposible contactar, horrible"
Compré dos vuelos a través de EasyJet con el seguro de conexión que ofrecía la aerolínea, que es el de Dohop. A los pocos días me cambiaron uno de los vuelos, haciendo imposible la conexión. Llevo casi dos semanas intentando contactar con Dohop por todos los medios (email, whatsapp, teléfono, formulario de la web...) y ha sido imposible. A día de hoy lo considero una estafa, no se lo recomiendo a nadie. Contratad cualquier otro seguro, porque estos no os van a solucionar nada.

We have been kept informed throughout, and are delighted with the service we received. On the basis of my experiences to date, I will definitely choose to use Dohop again when booking connecting EasyJet flights.

"Fast and reliable"
I received an immediate assistance to my problem (connection lost due to a delay from the airline). They gave me an alternative, and they even accepted one that I've proposed to them that better suited my necessities. Since I had to book an Hotel for the inconveniences the airline caused me, they gave a me full refund for that as well. Totally recommended when your flight has connections and you want to be safe.

I booked a reservation three times, but they were failed, however the amount related to the flights were covered the same thing for the service fee, after a couple weeks I received the related amount for flights, but the service fee not received so I gave up.

Le meilleur moyen de se retrouver avec une escale lors de laquelle vous avez 1h pour récupérer votre valise sortir de l’aéroport refaire le Check in de votre valise repasser la sécurité… sans aucun support si quelque chose se passe mal.. du jamais vu
