Abrí el request por chat #615135, compré en DOHOP vuelos de Amman a Madrid con escala en Budapest, ellos contactan a Wizz Air y la transacción según el screenshot que tengo de prueba sale fallido, pero adivinen qué? Ya en mi tarjeta de crédito está el movimiento parcial de el supuesto "Secure Connect", y un vuelo con Wizz Air que va de Amman a Budapest, el otro vuelo hacia Madrid sale como transacción fallida, ya el montó está a deber en mi Banco, ya no está flotando como supuestamente dijeron en DOHOP que aproximadamente en 14 días se devolvía el dinero, llamé a mi Banco y ahora tengo que abrir una disputa porque como ustedes son terciarios, el movimiento del vuelo primero sale como "Wizz Air" y no como DOHOP, una total falta de respeto y valores como compañía, necesito una solución inmediata. Mi código de reserva supuestamente fue el B6CKARSU

Flew back through Gatwick and my connecting flight was cancelled. Was unable to get any contact with Dohop, and told by airway to just contact dohop for help as they aware I had their cover. Had to pay for my own hotel and organise and pay for my additional flight THE NEXT DAY to complete getting home as just left stranded. After email sent and no communication back even after a week!, finally got through to on telephone after many tries daily to be told they do absolute nothing. Apparently only deal if you have your first flight delayed. being stranded mid connection is not covered for THIER assistance or reimbursement..
Total false advertising and pointless service.... DO NOT BE FOOLED TO PAY AS STANDARD TRAVEL INSURANCE COST LESS AND ACTULLY PROVIDE A SERVICE.. THIS IS A POINTLESS BUSINESS WITH FALSE ADVERTISING MAKING OUT THEY HELP MAKE SURE YOU GET TO YOUR DESTINATION AS PLANNED.

Falla sistemática de cargos si eliges varios vuelos.
Desde luego no es opcion si vas a volar con poco tiempo.
Te cobran 46€ por un seguro que no puedes devolver si no sacas los vuelos... Un desastre tuve que sacar los vuelos por otro lado y volver a pagar.
