"Une arnaque !!"

Une arnaque !!! On réserve un voyage familiale pour le Maroc et au paiement on nous indique que tous les billets ne sont pas pris en compte !!!! après appel du service client France... Sans réponse on appel le service client Anglais qui répond mais nous informe que nous n'avons plus qu'à nous débrouiller pour reprendre les autres billets auprès des compagnies afférentes !! Cela dit ils nous font payer les 72€ de frais DOHOP !!!!! Ne travaillez pas avec ce site !!!!!!

It took a few emails to have this turn from a no we can't help to yes we can. Once the team agreed, it was smooth sailing and after delays from our end to track down receipts etc, the system worked really well. The team member was great and updated me regularly. It is worth getting the insurance but you must understand that at the airport, the airline staff are useless and cannot help you other than make you pay for your new flight and hotel and back claim. Make sure you have the insurance details on you and make sure your international e-sim allows calls to the insurance outline. Make sure the airline gives you a receipt rather than a credit card transaction. The insurance claim team were pretty good.

"SCAM - Still NEVER got my money back!!!!!"

Booked a flight and got charged for a Dohop booking fee, while they made NO booking at all. I called to see if I was going to get this flight, but told to follow the instructions on the email.

12 Sep 2024 Email stated: "We would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please follow the instruction in the automated email you received from us to complete your booking. Kindly note the service fee will be automatically cancelled in 6-8 hours since none of the flights were booked. We thank you for your understanding."

Referred email: "Unfortunately, in order for you to complete your booking, you will need to go book the failed flight/s yourself on the airline webpage.
In order for you to have a smooth booking experience, please make sure of the following:
The balance on your payment card is high enough to cover the order
That online payment is allowed for your credit/debit card used for payment
That the daily limit for online transactions is high enough to cover the failed part of your order
Please note that you might need to contact your bank to verify these points."

They charge you a fee and make you do the booking. Oh and make sure you have the money to do it.

7-days later, I received an email from Cebu Pacific that a flight was booked (19 Sep 2024).

SHOCKING!!!!!!!!

I called, emailed and texted to warn them to cancel the flight. It was Dohop who booked it using MY credit card, which now is not authorised as I've been told that it will be refunded and no further flight booking as Dohop wants me to book it myself.

Mid-October now and I'm still chasing them. Never can speak to their manager, saying it is beyond their hands because it's the finance department's problem now. No one wants to take the responsibility. Expect me to just give up and disappear.

It's not happening because I need this money back that wasn't even supposed to be taken out of my credit card.

DO NOT BOOK WITH DOHOP.

EXTREMELY POOR RELIABILITY.

NO ONE CARES, NO ONE KNOWS.

"J’ai acheté des billets d’avion via…Dohop site internet "

J’ai acheté des billets d’avion via Dohop sans prendre d’assurance sur les modifications de vols. Ma correspondance à Londres est perdue en raison de modification de vol par la compagnie aérienne ! Ni la compagnie, ni Dohop ne veulent rien entendre, ils se renvoient la balle et c’est à moi de racheter des nouveaux billets. C’est quand même incroyable car personne ne me garantit que les vols n’es serons pas modifiés à nouveau et dans ce cas je dois faire quoi? Racheter les billets à l’infini ? Une employée de Dohop me conseille de prendre l’assurance mais je ne comprends pas que lorsque ce n’est pas le client qui demande le changement cela soit à lui de payer.
Est-ce légal?
