"Servizio pessimo, assistenza fantasma"
Servizio pessimo, assistenza clienti fatiscente, una truffa bella buona! Ho prenotato un volo scalo sul sito ufficiale di Easyjet e al momento della email di ricevuta pagamento scopro di aver pagato una piccola quota per questo servizio a mia insaputa. Venerdì sera ricevo una e-mail di cancellazione di uno dei due voli per cui mi attivo immediatamente per risolvere il problema trattandosi di un viaggio da fare durante le vacanze natalizie. Non ricevo ALCUNA risposta o assistenza da Dohop fino al martedì (ben 4 giorni di silenzio stampa) pur provando a contattarli via email, whatsapp e telefono (circa 15 minuti di attesa al telefono senza nessuna risposta). Oltre a questa serie di disservizi per cui ho perso inutilmente tempo e pazienza, quando si sono degnati di rispondere hanno dato la colpa alla compagnia aerea per cui non potranno provvedere ad alcun rimborso o compensazione. questo servizio è una truffa, diffidate dal sostenere economicamente un servizio assolutamente inutile.

Booked through them with a self transfer from Edinburgh to Amsterdam to Santiago de Compostela but when I landed in Amsterdam was told my bag had to be checked in an hour earlier so would never have been possible to get the flight. I have tried talking to their chat twice it said they would get a human and they’ve not. I also messaged them on WhatsApp with the same result. I had to get a hotel last night and book another flight for this morning and Dohop have still not contacted me back. They should have never offered the flights in the first place if it was always impossible to do.

Got a flight cancellation notification from easyJet and contacted Dohop's support team. They immediately reacted, proposed a new flight and organized the re-booking with easyJet for me. It feels great to receive this level of support. Thank you!

We booked flight and payed but after that their was one of the flights not ok we Needed to book that one on the side of the flight Company. I don t understand why this is but ok dohop really help us good so at the end everything was booked. Use the chat when you need them that really works fast 👌

Thank you for your reply, however this is not multiple flights cross border .. this a delay on a flight from Isle of Man which caused us to miss the next flight to Jersey . My travel companion has already been reimbursed and as all as my case handler does is send me holding emails. Very disappointed in the service and have now found it necessary to make a Complaint
