We were stranded in Palma airport and non of the actual airline employees gave a damn about us and literally ignored us when we asked for help. The online costumer service didn’t help either other than giving us the number to Dohop. But the lovely agancy lady did everything in her power, explained everything patiently and even emailed us again to try to keep helping us! I did not expect such a helpful call but if you ever struggle when flying then I can only recommend to try Dohop and see if they can help you!
