"Garbage 3rd party site"

Garbage 3rd party site. They have an out of country phone number and it directs you to fb messenger for problems (to no responsse). sent them an email stating my issues, no response. they couldnt complete my transactions getting from cleveland to new orleans and back. i have a flight to orlando without the flight to new orleans, then a flight from new orleans to atlanta without a flight to cleveleand.

people on reddit attest, this a garbage platform. dont use it. if i could give 0 stars i would.

Had a cancelled flight but no help was provided from Dohop. I had to find out on my own accord that the flight was cancelled, and was responsible myself to find an alternative. Would not recommend using their services.

Vi forsøgte i fredags at bestille billetter, men hjemmesiden blev ved med at fejle og der stod, “please try again”… Det skulle vi aldrig have gjort!
Nu bliver vi opkrævet for hver gang, vi prøvede igen og når man kontakter dem, så henviser de bare til flyselskabet og kontakter man flyselskabet, så henviser de til dohop. Ingen tager ansvar for en teknisk fejl i systemet. Vi har aldrig modtaget billetter eller noget eller været med flyet, vi måtte opgive og bestille et andet sted.

"Half the flight didn't succeed, service couldn't fix it"

I bought a flight with a transfer, they took my payment for one of the flights and said the other flight failed to book. I called their customer service and they said they couldn't help me, neither with cancelling the part that succeeded, nor booking the part that didn't succeed. So I ended up with a connecting flight with no connection and there was nothing to do about it.

I would NEVER book with Dohop again and I would NEVER recommend anyone else to do it either!

Having experienced a flight delay, tried to contact the emergency number, no reply then sent an sms, no reply have since sent them an email, no reply and also a whatsapp message, no reply, do not use this company, impossible to make a claim as they just refuse to respond to you.
