Avoid at all costs, impossible to get in contact with customer support! My flight was rescheduled which meant I would miss my connecting flight, not been able to get hold of anyone via there website, e-mail, WhatsApp, all the different methods they have well you can imagine what a nightmare that was, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Notre vol a eu 4h de retard et le vol suivant était une réservation distincte avec assurance premium Dohop.
Dohop nous a aidé par mail, whatsapp, chat...et nous avions une solution de secours "prête" avant de savoir si le vol numéro 2 était raté ou pas.
Nous l'avons raté à quelques minutes MAIS
les nouveaux billets étaient confirmés dans les 5 minutes après notre confirmation... avant les gens qui avaient des billets "avec correspondance " plus chers

After my flight was delayed 8 hours and missing my next flight I didn’t think the help I received after calling was adequate. I was told I’d have to find my own flight and get a hotel room on my own. That was not helpful at all. That’s not what I bought travel insurance for. I could have figured that out myself. Very dissatisfied.

"DONT Hop. NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE. "

This was hands down the worst booking experience I've ever had.
I'm flying from Denver to New Orleans with a layover on the way there and back. Tried to book my trip and for some reason the only tickets that went through were Denver to Atlanta, and Atlanta to Denver. The payment for the connecting flights was unsuccessful even though they CHARGED MY CARD.

Customer service told me to then find the connecting flights myself on the airline websites, BUY them, and then give them the flight info. After doing all of this, they were still unable to provide me with a basic itinerary of my trip.

At this point I don't even know if my initial flights went through, as I haven't received any confirmation from the airlines. (Dohop says you buy the tickets directly from the airlines, so I don't know why I haven't received a confirmation) I shouldn't have to do all of this extra work just to book my trip. That's what I paid you guys for.

I booked a trip to Japan this year that was WAY less complicated than dealing with this terrible company. I will NEVER use Dohop again and will advise all of my friends to avoid it like the plague.

Péssima experiência com esta empresa. Cuidado, não acreditem neles, nem na suposta ajuda que dão em caso de perda de conexão.
Atraves de telefone não atendem, por whatsapp demoraram uma hora para responder e eu com os clientes no aeroporto à espera. Tive de solucionar eu e avançar com o montante de compra de novos voos

Dizem no site que ajudam e que não temos de nos preecupar com a perdad e ligação entre voos, mas não é totalmente verdade, pois a ajuda é demasiado lenta e ineficaz
