"Another SCAM travel service"
Another SCAM travel service to join the market- STAY AWAY and pay a few extra euro to book through someone else- I wish I had. I needed to book 4 flights- with one stopover each way. The whole point of booking through Dohop was that they would provide "protection" if connecting flight was delayed and also that I could book all 4 flights through one platform- this never happened. THREE of my FOUR flights were not booked - I was told I had "confirm" three of the flights but their link to do this never worked! This meant that I could not confirm booking, 3 of my four flights were cancelled - rendering my whole booking null and void. YET I was charged a service fee by Dohop and also charged for one of the flights- I don't even know which one as I have not received an email confirming it is booked! I can't get through to anyone from customer service- on phone (it hangs up) messenger (nobody appears), website chat (nobody appears). I'm so upset over the time , energy and money I have wasted and that fact that I am being completely ignored by Dohop. This is fraudulent activity masked as an operational e-commerce business.

He pagado por 4 vuelos y solo me han confirmado una. Me han enviado un correo diciendo que tengo que volver a pagar las otras 3 si quiero viajar . Espero que al menos me devuelvan el dinero, es pésimo. Tenía mucha ilusión por ese viaje

I got a speedy response to my email and the costs to rebook to a later flight were refunded within a couple of days.

On the day my flight been cancelled they didn't even answer my calls 3 hours with robot machine. Sent a claim and they did not pay anything. It took them 3 months to reply with resolution. I wouldn't give them not even 1 star . Waste of money.

The reply to my claim was dealt with efficiently. It took a month to resolve but that time period was flagged up at the beginning. There were no problems and no barriers raised. Take care to understand who has to get new flights or hotel, you or them. As always read the instructions carefully.

They reorganised my flights but ignored me for weeks when I asked for additional expenses. Then asked me for detailed information on my financial accounts, which was not relevant. I raised a concern about fraud but was ignored.
Their approach seems to be to hope that customers give up, having paid for the service and not received it. It takes a lot of work to get anything from them.

"9 weeks waiting for a refund with…"
9 weeks waiting for a refund with little information being given over email. Happy to wait the 30 days stated but have been going round in circles trying to track down refund. Called today and asked to speak to a manager and was told it was impossible, asked to speak to complaints department, also not possible and told to write a review on trust pilot which management should respond too.
