Easy resolution , except the fact that if you call them from a NON europen country in Europe, you have to pay the phone bill.

Edit after response: its not about the fact that you have multiple phone number in multiple countries. In Switzerland, a NON UE country, everytime you use your phone, calling or recieving...someone is paying and on this case, to solve a flight problem calling you, i have a 98 euros bill, that i have to pay, with some of the phone calls made by you.

Tras un incidente en donde Dohop no me proporcionó los enlaces entre los aviones a mi destino y aun así se me cobraron algunos vuelos, reclamé el dinero y me puse en contacto con ellos.
Es cierto que ha sido difícil la comunicación, lo mejor ha sido hacerlo a través de correo electrónico y si bien es cierto que siempre se han mostrado muy amables, el proceso de devolución ha sido lento, igual que el de respuesta, aunque, y es por ello que actualizo mi opinión, en menos de un mes me devolvieron el dinero.

Lo que mas me frustra es haber perdido las vacaciones que tenía planificadas, ya que hasta que no tuviera el dinero de vuelta no quería arriesgarme a comprar otros vuelos, y entre la lentitud de la respuesta y de devolución, mis vacaciones ya habían pasado...

Pese a todo,Dohop es un servicio del que te puedes fiar, ya que si falla, ellos solucionaran el problema.
