I was flying from Newcastle to Belfast the flight was delayed by 2 hours which caused me to miss another flight.
I paid extra for "PROTECTED" service this ensure if there is any delays or cancellations I will be protected.
It took 4 hours for them to respond in whatsapp and I was unable to get through on the phone just keeps ringing. I was told me they could not help me in any way because it was a "Extraordinary circumstance"

Dohop responded immediately to my request for assistance. They were very helpful, professional and effective, and I would have no hesitation in using their services again.

The booking was super easy, which required multiple stops. Do remember to check flights leave from same terminal if short stop-over. The first flight was delayed, so I missed the second - Lia was great to assist and I was on a flight a bit later, and arranged for a refund. She always responded immediately. The finance department was a bit late with the refund, but it got back to me eventually.

J'ai réservé un vol Rabat/Nice, puis Nice/Genève par l'intermédiaire de ce site : à la fin du processus de réservation, après que j'ai accepté le paiement, le total à payer a été augmenté de 10 euros environ au motif "que la demande pour ce vol avait fortement augmenté". Ma réclamation par le biais du "chat" est restée sans lendemain : tout ça n'est pas très grave, mais ce n'est vraiment pas "fair" !
